05 / Interfaces & experience

Frontend & design systems

Interfaces that feel intentional, cohesive, and effortless to use.

People judge the reliability of your software within seconds of opening it. If your interface has inconsistent spacing, jarring animations, and clumsy buttons, users subconsciously assume your backend is just as fragile. Great design isn't superficial decoration—it is the visual proof of engineering discipline. I bridge the gap between high-end visual design and rigorous frontend architecture. By building modular design systems and reusable component libraries, your product gains an elevated, unified look across every screen—while your engineering team ships new features in hours rather than weeks by snapping proven building blocks together.

02 / Scope

What we can deliver

The final scope is agreed around your project.

01 / 08What we can deliver

Frontend & UX audit

We comb through your existing application to catalog visual inconsistencies, awkward user friction points, and code duplication. You get a prioritized action plan targeting the highest-impact improvements first.

02 / 08What we can deliver

Pixel-precise implementation

Whether translating your team’s existing Figma designs into clean code or crafting the screens myself, the result matches the visual intent down to the exact letter spacing, border radius, and alignment.

03 / 08What we can deliver

Centralized design tokens

No more hard-coded color values or random font sizes scattered across files. Colors, typographic scales, shadows, and spacing live in one centralized token layer, making global branding changes or dark-mode rollouts instant.

04 / 08What we can deliver

Modular component library

A library of battle-tested digital building blocks—modals, tables, dropdowns, inputs, and cards. Each component is thoroughly self-contained, typed, and documented so any developer on your team can reuse it with confidence.

05 / 08What we can deliver

Flawless responsive layouts

Your application should look stunning on a 32-inch 4K studio monitor, a standard laptop, an iPad, and a compact smartphone. Layouts adapt fluidly without broken text wraps, horizontal scrollbars, or hidden buttons.

06 / 08What we can deliver

Accessibility & keyboard navigation

Proper semantic HTML, visible focus states, WCAG contrast standards, and full keyboard navigability. Your product remains welcoming to all users and compliant with modern enterprise accessibility regulations.

07 / 08What we can deliver

Purposeful motion & 3D scenes

Motion should guide the human eye, not distract it. Using GSAP, Three.js, and hardware-accelerated CSS, I craft subtle state transitions, fluid accordion expansions, and interactive 3D spatial scenes that make the product feel tactile and alive.

08 / 08What we can deliver

Performance optimization & team guide

Smooth 60fps rendering, zero layout shift, and optimized bundle sizes. Your developers receive clean component documentation, live Storybook/preview playgrounds, and clear usage guides for continued development.

Choosing the right tools

Great frontend engineering isn’t about chasing the latest framework trend—it’s about mastering the timeless fundamentals of the web: semantic HTML, modern CSS architecture, and deliberate JavaScript execution. Whether your product is built with React, Next.js, or Angular, I engineer component libraries using typed props (TypeScript) and semantic CSS custom properties. For choreography and expressive interactive scenes, I rely on GSAP (GreenSock) for high-performance motion, alongside Three.js when products require tactile 3D environments, spatial data navigation, or WebGL-driven depth. The result is an ultra-fast frontend that loads instantly, passes Core Web Vitals with flying colors, and respects prefers-reduced-motion settings automatically.

You can see this craft across my work: in Sport Goal, where dense, complex statistical tables were transformed into clean, comparative data interfaces; and in this very portfolio, engineered from the ground up with modular design tokens, interactive Three.js 3D environments, and orchestrated GSAP motion.

05 / FAQ

Questions you may have

We already have complete Figma designs from our designer. Can you just build them?

Yes. Bridging design and engineering is one of my core strengths. I don’t just slice mockups into HTML; I inspect the design system behind them, clarify missing hover/loading/error states with your team, and build the components with exact fidelity to your designer's aesthetic choices.

We don't have a designer or Figma files. Can you design the interface as well?

Absolutely. Because I work across both product design and engineering, we don't have to wait for an agency design phase. I can design clean, modern wireframes and high-fidelity screens directly, ensuring every visual decision is grounded in technical practicality from the outset.

Will animations and 3D graphics slow down our app or alienate users?

Never when done with purpose. Amateurs use heavy libraries that cause stutter and drain laptop batteries. I use hardware-accelerated transforms, GSAP timelines, and optimized Three.js WebGL scenes that run at a smooth 60 frames per second. Furthermore, every animation respects system accessibility preferences: users with prefers-reduced-motion enabled receive instant, clean transitions without vestibular discomfort.

Does adopting a design system mean we have to stop everything and rewrite our entire product?

No. In fact, a total rewrite is usually the wrong choice. We implement design systems incrementally: first establishing core design tokens (colors, typography, spacing), then building the 5–10 most frequently used primitives (buttons, inputs, cards, dialogs). New features are built using the new components immediately, while older screens are migrated gracefully over time without freezing product development.

How do you ensure our application is accessible to all users and complies with regulations?

By treating accessibility as an engineering requirement from line one, not an audit afterthought. We use native semantic HTML elements rather than unclickable div tags, guarantee high-contrast text readability in both light and dark themes, ensure visible focus outlines for keyboard navigation, and provide clear screen-reader labels across all interactive controls.

Working together

How much will the project cost?

Every engagement is quoted individually, based on its scope, complexity, and delivery needs. We agree on the work and its cost before development begins.

Who owns the software?

For bespoke projects, you own the custom code, with client-controlled repositories and infrastructure, documentation, and a complete handover. Third-party components and services retain their own licenses and terms. When an existing product fits your needs, I can help you adopt and configure it, avoiding unnecessary development. You receive access under that product's agreed terms; its underlying platform remains with its owner.

What support is included after launch?

One-off projects include 60 days of bug fixing and stabilization after launch for the agreed delivery. Continued support can follow through a maintenance agreement, with additional features scoped separately. Existing-product access follows that product's support terms.
