HOW I GOT THERE
A booking is a promise.
Welcome House Catania and Etna Royal Penthouse are two completely independent clients, each needing a distinctive online presence and direct-booking channel to reduce OTA commission fees. Instead of building bespoke backends from scratch for every client, the challenge was to architect a unified, multi-tenant booking core that could scale reliably to any hospitality business.

I designed unique public experiences for each client and engineered a reusable multi-tenant booking engine underneath. The platform handles real-time availability holds, Stripe checkout, OTA calendar synchronization, and back-office host operations, allowing new properties to launch without rewriting transactional infrastructure.

A polished booking interface only works if the transaction underneath is rock-solid. When guests compete for the same dates on a property, inventory holds must be concurrency-safe; a checkout redirect alone can never be the authority for a confirmed stay.
